  • Two year minimum contract for equipment purchase credit. 
  • Equipment installed in attics or crawl spaces may have additional charges.
  • Humidifier tune-up and inspection includes new water pad.
  • Tankless water heater or boiler systems will have additional charges for flushing the system.
  • Dryer vent cleaning up to 24 feet, on rigid venting only. Must have open access to dryer, stacked units or closet installs will have additional charges. Roof pitches of 6/12 or less, steep roofs may have additional charges. We are not responsible for any damages due to incorrectly installed venting, any vent not to code is deemed incorrectly installed.
